At Cychedelic Picture House, we understand that life happens. While our space is in high demand and all bookings require preparation, we offer a clear refund and rescheduling policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.
🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Same-Day Cancellations:
We do not offer refunds for same-day cancellations. However, you may request to reschedule your session once within 7 days of your original booking.
2. Canceling with Notice:
72+ hours (3+ days) before session: Eligible for a 75% refund
7+ days before session: Eligible for a 100% refund
✨ Rescheduling
Each booking allows one (1) reschedule, to be used within 7 days of your original session. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing.
❗Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If Cychedelic Picture House cancels your booking due to a studio-related issue (technical, emergency, etc.), you are entitled to a full refund or free reschedule.
🚫 Refunds Due to Policy Violations
If your session is canceled by the studio due to:
Disrespectful behavior
Damage to the space or equipment
Violation of studio rules
You will receive a 75% refund. The remaining amount covers time, labor, and protective fees.

At Cychedelic Picture House, all no show payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellations and Reschedules:
– Clients may reschedule 1 session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
– No-shows or failure to communicate within 7 days of payment will be considered forfeiture of the session and funds.Refund Eligibility:
– Refunds are only issued in cases where Cychedelic Picture House is unable to fulfill the service due to internal reasons (e.g. equipment failure, emergency closures).
– Payments made more than 14 days prior to a request for refund are ineligible.Session Validity:
