Welcome to Cychedelic Picture House. These terms outline the rules, features, and studio policies for your booking. By booking this space, you agree to follow all terms listed below.

🌿 About the Space

Cychedelic Picture House is designed for small-scale productions and creative projects, best suited for photo and video shoots with 3–6 crew members or small pop-up events.

Note: The telephone booth and bookshelf sets are no longer available.
The Cyc wall and Enchanted Forest are permanent features. Ask about our current rotating sets.

🎥 Studio Features

• White Cyclorama Wall – 82 sq. ft., great for clean, minimal looks. (Can be painted on request.)

• Enchanted Forest Set – 360° immersive greenery with color-changing LED ceiling lights.

🔧 Available Equipment

• Studio lighting + seamless backdrops (by request only)

• Movable furniture:

  • Black chair

  • Green & gold ottoman

  • Wooden chair

  • Black futon

  • Black rug

• Access to shared kitchen with free water and chips

💡 Optional Add-Ons (must be requested in advance)

• Projector – $35

• Fog Machine – $25

• Backdrops – $15 per color

• Production Assistant – $35/hr

📸 Content Policy

We love seeing what you create in our space!

Tagging:
We kindly ask that you tag @cychedelicpicturehouse on all public posts. This helps support our space and the community we serve.

BTS Content:
By booking, you agree that Cychedelic Picture House may record or share BTS footage for our social platforms.
If you'd prefer your session stay private, let us know in writing before your shoot. We’ll never post without your consent.

⏳ Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings made within 24 hours of the shoot will incur a $15 last-minute fee to ensure proper setup.

👥 Guest Limits

Each session is priced based on your guest count.
If your shoot exceeds the booked number without notice, an extra $25 per person will be added.

Example:
Booked for 4 people, but 6 show up → You’ll be charged $50 for the 2 additional guests.

By completing your booking, you agree to abide by all listed terms. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.
